Sweating in Style

As the NFL season kicks off, I can't help but get excited to break out new bedazzled Broncos gear, and come up with any excuse to wear workout clothes when I am out watching football. As Carrie Underwood belts out the theme song in blue sequins, I am reminded of the importance of your legs and feet looking good while watching football.

Today's blog is about sweating in style, and picking out that fantastic pair of exercise shoes. If you are looking for advice on best shoe for cross-fit, running or weight lifting, stop reading this blog. This advice is dedicated to the optics of exercise shoes on your feet.

First up, the most eccentric and impractical shoes, Christian Louboutin Louis Junior Leopard-Print Spikes Sneaker. What to say about these shoes. Well, if you are looking to drop a cool G on the most dangerous shoes at the gym, these are your speed.

Next up, the Adidas Kea Shoes, designed by Stella McCartney. These shoes are multifaceted in their uses. The black animal print mesh is versatile with any workout attire, and they have 360 degree cooling while you workout. Lightweight and flexible, these shoes can easily take you from the gym to any happy hour.

Now, for my favorite brand of athletic shoes at the moment, Nike.
WARNING....if you have weak willpower for cute online shoe purchases, step away now. If you decide to continue, be prepared for some of the freshest and most innovative new women's athletic shoes. Wearing them just gets me in the mood to prance around the gym (not prancercise prance, just a slow trot).

Options are endless on the website, with a option to customize your shoes to your desire (see below). From solid colors to prints, you can't go wrong with the options on nike.com

If you are feeling really creative, you can design your own shoes with Nike ID. I wasted spent a solid 2 hours designed my shoes. It's a really fun experience, and it actually gets you motivated to head out to the gym and show off your personalized shoes.

You get about 12 options to change the color, fabric and design, and you even get to personalize the lip on your shoes. I went with "Happy Pace" to remind myself that in a moment of weakness, a friend of mine convinced me that a half marathon in January would force us continue exercising during that month long exercise void they call December.

As I sign off this Sunday night, here is hoping that your NFL team won today, and even better success in your future shoe purchases. Signing off tonight, from the World of Cha Cha Shoes...
